How to Order

Login

To place an order with Xelltra.com, you need to create an account with us. To create an account, simply click on "Login", and follow up the registration procedure. During your account set-up, we ask you for a "Security Question" that we can use to remind you of your password should you forget it.
If you already have an account with us, just enter your email address and password to login.

Forgot Your Password

On the login page you will find a "Forgot Your Password?" link. Click on this link and enter your email address, and click ¡°Send Email¡± button. Instructions for accessing your account is sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. The email will contain a link to reset your password. If you have any problems for resetting your password, please contact us at cs@xelltra.com.

Search Engine

Please use a search box on the left up corner side of each page, and enter a product title into the box and click the appropriate search button. A listing of products matching your searching criteria will be returned. Please avoid using "The", "And", "A" or "An". We also provide Advance Search by entering Keywords, UPC (SKU), Price Range and Category.

Shopping Cart

At Xelltra.com, we provide thousands of DVD titles in stock, and also provide you preorder of up coming new releases at low price. When you search a title and find an item you are interested, just click "Add to Cart" button. After you have completed shopping, you can review the items in your shopping cart. You can easily change the quantities or delete an item by changing the quantity number or press the delete button. When you finish reviewing the shopping cart, just click "Checkout Now" button.

Checkout

If you already login, a "Complete your Checkout"page will be prompted to you, you can review the listing of items, quantities and prices. A default shipping method shows the shipping and handling fees. You can change the shipping method by clicking Edit link and select appropriate shipping carrier. By clicking Edit of Payment Method in Payment Summary section, you can select appropriate payment type, and enter associated payment information, and click "Continue" button to bring back the Checkout page. After you confirm the order including selected items, shipping method and payment method, please click the "Complete Checkout" button.

Order Confirmation

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an confirmation email within hours. An order status email will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please note we reserve the right to cancel the order due to price error during data entry. A refund will be given within 24 hours, and you will be notified through email.


Shipping

Order Processing Time

We work hard and make every effort to process your order immediately after payment is received or cleared. We ship out your order of stocked items the same day if payment is received before 3:00PM Central Standard Time. Items will be shipped next business day if payments received after the cut-off time. Our system will inform you when the item is shipped. You will be informed if we could not ship your items on time due to issues of inventory or damaged items. Please note, pre-orders will not be shipped until stock arrives. Normally our customers receive pre-orders on the release date or just few days past the release date.

We ship virtually anywhere around the world.

Shipping Rates and Insurance

Shipping rates and delivery time are listed on the description of every item. S/h (shipping and handling) fees stated on the listing include postage or carrier fees, shipping material and packing cost. Insurance is optional at checkout to protect your valuable purchase. If items damaged or lost, brand new replacement will be sent immediately or upon returning damaged items. We do not response for confirmed delivery through tracking system while item is claimed lost or stolen. Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for any undeliverable addresses.

Combine Shipping

We offer combine shipping for multiple items to reduce s/h fees. The total s/h fee is calculated as: highest 1st item s/h fee plus 50% of original s/h fee for each additional item. Combined s/h fees including insurance will be calculated as total shipping fees during checkout. Please note, you will not be eligible for combine any additional items once you have completed the checkout.

USPS Standard Deliver

We use USPS Standard Delivery as the default shipping method. This method of delivery is available to U.S. Domestic 48 states. Please refer to Priority Delivery for other U.S. states (HI, AK) and Territories (PR, GU, etc.) including APO and FPO government oversea facilities.
USPS Standard Delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
We may upgrade USPS delivery to Fedex or UPS for order over $100 to better serve our customers.

USPS Priority Delivery

USPS Priority can be selected during checkout for U.S. Domestic 48 states. It is a default shipping method for other U.S. states (HI, AK) and Territories (PR, GU, etc.) including APO and FPO government oversea facilities.
USPS Priority Delivery takes about 2 to 3 business days for delivery for Domestic 48 states, and it may take 3 to 14 business days for other U.S. regions.

2-Day Air Delivery

Shipping method can be upgraded to Fedex 2-Day Air Delivery available to U.S. Domestic 48 states only.

Next Day Delivery

Shipping method can be upgraded to USPS Express Mail Delivery available to U.S. Domestic 48 states only.

International Delivery

We deliver virtually anywhere around the world if USPS delivers. The default shipping method is USPS International Air Mail and it takes about 7 to 14 business days for most of countries. Please note Custom issues sometimes may delay the delivery. For order over $100, A default of Global Express Mail maybe required during checkout.


Payment

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Via, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; we also accept Paypal, Money Order/Cashier's Checks and Echeck. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Payments from non-U.S. bank issued credit cards must go through Paypal. International Money Orders/Cashier's Checks must be in U.S. Dollars drawn from U.S. banks.

Taxes

Orders shipping to addresses in Texas are required to pay 8.25% sales tax on their purchases not including shipping and handling fees. All other states are not required to pay taxes.
International customers are responsible for any incurred Import Duties or Taxes.


Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Xelltra.com. We offer 30-day return policy. If you decide within 30 days from the date you order from us, you can return the item to us. All items returned to us as a change of mind or unwanted items must be original factory sealed to receive a refund. Original shipping charges and insurance fees are not refundable. Open items cannot be returned unless defective. We do not offer refund for defective items but they will be replaced with same item. We do not pay for postage on all returns.

Return a Product

When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in or a similar cardboard box and send it back to us via USPS or other carriers.

If you are returning your item for a an exchange due to defective, your new item will be shipped out within 3 business days after we receive the return, and you will be informed for the shipment date.

If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.
