You can be assured the watches we sell operate perfectly and are in {Flawless new condition} with no scratches or blemishes unless stated differently in the description.

We always carefully inspect, battery, refurbish or refresh all watches we sell to be sure the watches are flawless and the batteries are fresh and the watches are in perfect working order before we sell them. This is our assurance to you that you will get the best possible product at the lowest possible price.

If the finish on the watch is not {Flawless}, it will be clearly stated in the Watch description. It might be a sample or display model that might contain a scuff or a slight scratch, but we will always state this blemished condition in the description. The watch will still operate perfectly.

We have been advised that for a watch to be correctly and legally identified as {BRAND NEW}, it must go out to you exactly as offered by the Manufacture. This means the watch must be in the original factory box, with all the original paper work and a {Valid Factory Warranty} that can only be offered by an {Authorized Dealer}. The watch must not be altered or opened to replace the battery and the factory watch box and contents cannot be changed, altered, or substituted in any way.

We, like the many other watch sellers, are not {Authorized Dealers}; so, if the {Brand New} watch needed repairs, you would not have the proper and correct sales slip to send in to the Manufacture with the {Factory Warranty} for any needed repairs, but we do offer a real warranty.

Sellers that say {Brand New} and {Factory Warranty} do not take the time to tell you the Factory Warranty is a worthless warranty unless they are {Authorized Dealers} for that watch and can provide you with the proper Authorized Dealer sales slip! In addition, if the box or battery has been replaced, or any other deviations have taken place, the watch cannot be called {Brand New}. We therefore never call our watches {Brand New} and we DO provide a REAL and RELIABLE warranty that we back up. Additional information is provided below to help explain this further.

We automatically provide our valid one-year warranty or an extended eleven-year warranty on all the watches we sell. The extended eleven-year warranty is always mentioned in the descriptions beside the watch that is covered.

For nearly 15 years, we have had watchmakers and watch repair people in house for our repair contracts with the Store Chains, private individuals and jewelry stores etc. This has helped give us the knowledge and experience to be able to repair any type of watch. You can be assured the warranty we give you is valid and reliable and for the full term stated.

Selling Restrictions from many of our watch suppliers do not allow us to sell the watches in a factory box with factory papers; therefore, we do not keep many model numbers.

Because we sell the watches for about half the suggested retail price, our suppliers feel {No Factory box or Factory papers} helps stop people from taking the watch to a store for a full cash value refund or an {In store credit}.

Genuine Factory Boxes may be permitted for resale by some of our suppliers. Then we will state that in the auction description, but we will still provide you with our own warranty with the watch. That is because the factory does not honor the {Factory Warranty} without a proper sales slip from an authorized dealer. Please be assured, in most cases our warranty and service is equal to, or better than, that offered by the Manufactures.

Watch instructions that come boxed with many new style watches, when they first come out, are incorrect or incomplete. When you get the new instructions from the factory web site or our auction page (Watch Instruction Button), you can be sure you will always have the up to date and corrected operating instructions. We will include the instructions if we have them or will give you assistance in finding the link to the instructions if you cannot locate them. We also have phone numbers to order instructions and some additional generic instructions on our web page at www.watchliquidators.com.

If Gift boxes are included with the watch, it will be stated in the description next to the picture. If the box is not listed and you need one for a gift, it can be purchased at for $1.50.

Extra band links can be added to most watches. If you want to special order more links, or have us ?Size? the watch, you must contact us by email at sales@watchliquidators.com for instructions. You will be required to pay by Money Order and have the words [Size To __ __ Inches] and the {product or auction number} printed on the face of the money order. The fee of $5.99 must be added to the sale price and the shipping amount. If adding links to make the watch bigger you can expect to add $3.99 for up to 3 links.

Band Reduction instructions may also be available if you find you need a slight adjustment to the watchband to make it smaller and want to do so yourself.

Return policy: All sales are final and there is no payment reversals accepted and no cash refunds paid for any reason unless so stated in the description beside the watch!

Exchange or Replacement is exclusively at the seller?s option and is subject to availability. In addition, this must be agreed to within 48 hours upon your receipt of the watch and only with e-mail authorization. For exchange or replacement, the returned item must be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED CONDITION and without physical damage or changes of any type and be accompanied by the {Return Authorization Form}. Items deceptively obtained and retained fraudulently will be reported to the proper authorities for prosecution.

Shipping Damage, Warranty Repair or Replacement is exclusively at the seller?s discretion. When meeting the warranty conditions, a return authorization and instructions must be agreed to by email and be included with the returned item.

Cancellation of a Credit card or unauthorized return or delivery rejection of the watch by the buyer is considered {Abandonment} of the item, and in no way alleviates the buyer of any financial responsibility to the seller nor does this cancel the sale.

Shipping costs, fees, taxes, duties and collection fees are the buyer?s responsibility. We do this all by E-Commerce rules & regulations and we take them seriously. The Internet is one of the greatest world market places to buy and sell goods and your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Mailed Money Orders or certified funds must have {THE PRODUCT/AUCTION NUMBER} as well as a {Ship to} name and address and an email address. If you do not include the PRODUCT/AUCTION number with your mailed payment, we will return your payment if we can and you must resubmit it.

Paypal and credit card payments will only be shipped to a confirmed and exact Credit Card Billing address in the U.S.

Credit Card and Paypal transactions are not accepted from buyers outside of the United States UNLESS YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF PURCHASES and our approval before purchase. The only form of payment for Non-U.S.A. buyers is by Western Union Money Order or Wire at www.westernunion.com , MoneyGram Wires at www.emoneygram.com , Cash, International Bank Money Orders and Travelers Checks payable in U.S. funds. Some countries have a Post Office exchange arrangement with the U.S. Post Office and contact us for help with that. This payment requirement is done per the Paypal rules covering the Buyer/Seller protection coverage requiring Traceable Online Shipping and Confirmed addresses. We feel this restrictive Papal rule may change soon. We also know many Sellers disregard these rules but we do not.

Combined shipping with payments will be quoted as 50% off the shipping rate for the first item on the second and successive items shipped in the same box with a maximum of five items per box. The payment for combined shipping must be by money order payments only, for both U.S. and non-U.S. buyers!

All non-US buyers please get the shipping amount by using the {Shipping Rates} button on the description/Auction page, or by email before paying for the watch. Be sure to include your address when requesting shipping costs. If the payment for shipping is incorrect, the item will not be shipped until it is corrected.

The buyer must pay for any insurance or over night shipping requests and other additional costs requested before the item is shipped.

Those wishing to mail a payment must send a money order, cash or certified funds and get an email acknowledgment with acceptable payment instructions to include with the payment.

The Buyer is always responsible for any shipping costs, insurance, taxes, tariffs or fees that may apply at any time to the winning auction amount. When an item is shipped to any address and insurance is NOT requested, available and/or paid for by the buyer, it is shipped totally as the buyer?s responsibility! We ship per the checkout data you enter and when it is wrong or the USPS returns the item to us for any reason, you will be required to pay a {Re-Shipping} fee.

All loss claims become the buyer?s responsibility once electronic purchase of postage and delivery to the USPS is established. Items that show confirmed delivery are only covered for shipping damage and are not covered by insurance as lost or stolen deliveries.

The term {Water Resistant} does not mean it is a {Dive Watch} or a watch suitable for swimming per all watch company definitions. It is shower and splash resistant only.

One last item.. Non-U.S. Buyers? please do not purchase on of our watches and expect us to be honest and truthful about the transaction and description of the watch, and then tell us to lie to your Government and Customs Agents about the amount or to call it a {Gift}.
