FAQ’s Q: What if my item doesn’t fit, can I return or exchange it?
A: As long as you receive the correct item, the transaction is complete. If you happen to get the incorrect item we’ll take care of you. In most cases the item you purchased will have already sold out, so be prepared for a refund as your only option.
Q: Do your items come with a warranty?
A: We will honor the manufacturers’ warranty for the item.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Within 24 hours of your order shipping you should receive an automated tracking email. Please make sure to have your up-to-date email address on file with us. Most often these emails end up in a junk/blocked/spam folder so check here first. If you haven’t received a tracking email with in 72 hours of placing your order please send us an email with your order ID to: redtagsports.com.
Q: Do you have any other sizes or colors available?
A: What you see is what you get! Some items will have sizing and color options, some will not. The product page will explain your options.
Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders normally ship within 48 hours. The day your order ships isn't considered a transit day. NOTE: Our FedEx Air services exclude Saturday Delivery. So you if you place an order on Friday with Next Day Air service, it won’t arrive until Monday.
Q: Can I specify special shipping instructions?
A: Unfortunately we can't pass that information on to FedEx, USPS or DHL. You can specify if you'd like a package left or not left by signing a note and placing it on your door. If no note is left, it is up to the drivers' discretion.
Q: Why was I charge multiple times for the same order?
A: If you accidentally entered the incorrect card info but then entered it correctly your card balance might show multiple charges for the same order. What happened was your card issuing bank okayed the release of funds but when they hit our card processing companies’ system they were denied. The "holds" that were placed on the funds will fall off in a few days, depending on your banks' rules and regulations. Our systems are set up to handle only one payment per order.
