SHIPPING

We will always try to ship within 24 hours of received payment. Once shipped the UPS tracking number will be sent directly from UPS Quantum Notify so do not expect the shipping info to come directly from us. Let us know if you have any special shipping requests - we will always work to find a solution no matter how many rugs you need or where you live in thge world! We can hold the shipment for as long as you need - just tell us a delivery date that works and we will ship accordingly. Let us know how we can assist!.

Domestic Continental US:

Listed shipping price includes insurance and professional packing. Shipping days are Mon-Fri. We will try to ship the same day if paid by 3pm.
If larger than approx 12x15 or 150lbs we may have to use a (non UPS) trucking company for door-door delivery. This will take an extra day handling - cost is the same as the listed UPS Ground. We will provide tracking information once shipped. Will be sent directly from UPS Quantum Notify. Let us know if you have any questions!

Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Canada:

If possible we will use USPS for these destinations. If the shipping price for your destination was not listed you need to contact us for rates. Make sure to include the shipping destination (city, zip code and nearest major airpor) and the listed item number(s) that you are interested in. We will get back to you with the best rates available. For Candian destinations we can use UPS standard at a decent rate - BUT they charge a hefty brokerge fee. If you prefer to use this option let us know and we will accomodate.
