It's WWII in the Philippines and the last of the Filipino guerrillas take a stand against the Japanese forces on their island. Soldiers sent by the Japanese Imperial High Command to retrieve a great treasure of gold from its hiding place have taken over a convent and torture the women on the tiny island.
