Redistributed / Refurbished / Scratch and Dent
Redistributed Notebooks are from orders that were previously shipped and returned unopened with the factory seal intact.
Refurbished Notebooks meet original factory specifications through retests and are repackaged.
Scratch & Dent are products with cosmetic blemishes that meet the original factory specifications through retests and repackaging.
Redistributed Outlet notebooks meet the following criteria:
Notebook was shipped and returned unopened.
Factory seal was not broken by customer.
Notebook was never used by customer.
   
   
Refurbished Outlet notebooks meet the following criteria:
Notebook was returned with the factory seal broken.
Notebook may or may not have been turned on.
Notebook may or may not have been used.
   
   
Scratch and Dent Outlet notebooks meet the following criteria:
Notebook was returned with the factory seal broken.
Notebook may or may not have been turned on.
Notebook may or may not have been used.
Product has cosmetic blemishes.
   
   
All notebooks are fully tested to original factory specifications and carry a limited Warranty.
