We accept cheques,Cheque is made payable to Youngs International Ltd, goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.

No item will be dispatched until full payment has been RECEIVED and CLEARED by the bank.

Notes:

We only ship to billing address unless payment is made through Bank Transfer. During process of checkout, you will be given the chance to leave special instructions of anything relating to your order as you proceed through our checkout system. Your questions and comments will be dealt with accordingly. At each stage of the order process you will receive automatic email notification, initially of order conformation and then upon dispatch of the item.

  • Please note that free shipping service is only appliable for mainland of UK only, to Scotish Highlands, N.ireland and offshor islands, extra shipping cost will occur
  • We use various methods of delivery, those methods apply to most of area of UK and Ireland, however, some methods might not applied to certain areas.We will work with you to choose which method is best to suit you. Please leave your phone numbers as soon as you made your purchase so that we can organise delivery for you as soon as possible.
  •  Method A: Fast Parcel delivery (normally 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, Saturday delivery occurs £25 charge)
    Generally this method is used for single or small items under 30kg, some large items occasionally applies this services. We will email you when items are despatched. This service is normally 24 hours services unless it is stated, we normally can offer you a tracking number, please call to ask. When you receive the email from us, normally the items should be delivered in next working day ( excluding weekends and bank holiday).This is a one man door to door service, assistance will be required with lifting the item
     Method B :One Man Door to Door Fast Pallet delivery (normally 3 to 5 working days delivery, Saturday delivery cost £30 extra)
    This method is used for our large, heavy or multiple items. Once the emails is sent off, the items normally will be delivered in two days unless stated. Please note this is a door to door service, the courier can only deliver pallet to you door or garage outside your house, and they cannot help to break the pallet and cannot lift the items into your house.
     Method C: Two Man Service ( Delivery with 14 days, extra charge applied)
    This method is used for our large, heavy or multiple items. Courier always calls in advance and arrange a time with you. Unfortunately, specified date request might not be available, however, courier will call to book the delivery date in advance.
    Please note that after date is agreed, once the courier arrived and you are not available, re-delviery charges will be occurred, purely because this courier has to take all the items back once your missed the delivery, we cannot accept liability for any losses or inconvenience caused for delivery failures to unforeseen circumstances.
    The courier is able to help you to lift the items into your house with a two man service. (Please also note that this method is for mainland of UK only. Other areas please choose Method B.) The carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items.

Returns Policy for Damage, Missing or Faulty Goods

1) In the unlikely events like above, it is totally our responsibility to get things right to insure customer satisfaction.

2) We will send replacement on our cost or issue a full refund for the goods including postage.

3) The item will be examined on return, if no faults are found no refund will be given and it will be the customers
responsibility to collect the items.

1) We will issue a full refund of the item price just for changing your mind, within 7 days after delivery.
2) The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
