|I am not completely satisfied with my purchase
Sometimes the items you purchase on-line do not meet your original expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned, at the customer’s expense, to Har Lee within 7 Days. After this time we must consider all sales as being final. Please contact our sales office if you wish to return an item.
|Can I ask for a refund?
Refunds are available less a 10% restocking fee.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO's?
Yes, we do ship outside the contiguous United States. However items that qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S. do not qualify for free shipping to these locations. The items will be shipped via US Priority Mail and a fee will be calculated at checkout.
|My item arrived damaged and can not be used.
If your item arrives in a damaged or open carton it must be reported to Har Lee and the shipping company within 24 hours. All other defective items must be reported to Har Lee within 72 hours. We reserve the right to not replace the item and refunds will be issued.
