Our preferred shipping service is the United States Postal Service. Shipping is calculated based on item weight, size and destination. In-store pickup is available for all items. We ship worldwide! You pay today - We ship tomorrow!

Payment

All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout! You will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for all your purchases at one time. We accept all payment methods: this includes Credit Cards, Paypal, checks, money orders & Western Union. Please contact us for any further information concerning payment methods. 9.25% Sales Tax added on for Tennessee residents.

All payments must be received within 7 days. If sending a check or money order, please use the mailing address provided below. Checks should be made out to "The Great Escape."

Returns

If once you receive the item you are not completely satisfied - let us know. We are happy to accept returns for a refund less shipping/handling once it is returned. If the item is defective or not as described, we will not only refund your money for the cost of the item but also will reimburse your original shipping plus the shipping to send it back to us. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item(s) to request a return authorization.
