You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by General RV’s Online Parts Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error such as incorrect or defective item.
Items that are opened and within the 30 days of delivery can be returned with exception of electronics which CAN NOT be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer recall.
