GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter, you may return it for replacement, exchange, or refund. The product must be unused/uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue) Returns are not allowed on videos, food, closeout parts, or custom orders. CBO reserves the right to not honor any coupon or promotion for any reason. CBO reserves the right to cancel a sale for any reason with a full refund.
LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
CBO’s combination of selection and price are the best in the cycling industry. If you do find a nationally advertised competitor with a lower price, we will match the price if at all possible. Some Closeouts are priced lower than our cost, and we may not be able to match "Come and Go" competitors who advertise but do not stock. No need to mention names, but if you’ve had any dealings with them, you know who they are.
WARRANTIES
CBO extends each Manufacturer’s Warranty to the original purchaser for original merchandise only. Manufacturers’ policies and procedures may vary; freight in both directions is not covered. Call us for specific instructions if you have a product you believe merits warranty return.

For questions about Bikes, Bike Parts, Previously Placed Orders, Billing Questions or other inquiries, please call our customer service line at 888-937-4331 between the hours of 7-6 Mon-Fri, or 10-5 on Sat, Pacific Time. To track an existing order, we will need the last name and phone number of the person who placed the order. For billing questions, please have your invoice handy when you call.
CBO’s RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cambria Bicycle Outfitter we do our absolute best to get your order to you complete, undamaged, and 100% correct! If a mistake has been made regarding your purchase (incorrect item or missing item), please observe the following procedure. Call or go on line to obtain a RA# from a customer service representative, and then please return to:

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.
Custom special order items, food products, videos, or close-out items cannot be returned. Labor charges are not refundable on purchases involving custom wheel or bike assembly. Make certain you have made a intelligent purchase decision. Please use our sales staff to help you make these decisions wisely.
All returns for refund, exchange, or replacement must be returned within 30 days in an unused and or uninstalled condition. Please use and include all the original manufacturer’s packaging and your receipt or other proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise for other than Authorized Warranty.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid; we do not accept CODs or send call tags. BUT, if we were at fault, we will happily refund your actual ground shipping costs (not including handling, packaging or other fees). Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable, so ship ground.
You may return any item within 30 days for a refund, as long as it’s unused/uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied, except in case of shipping error. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.
You may also return items for exchange, provided they are unused/uninstalled and in original packaging. If there is a price difference in your exchange, you may use a credit card or money order. You may also return an item for store credit to be held for a future purchase from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter. If the exchange is not the result of an error on our part, normal shipping charges apply. Your RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.
Shipping
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders are shipped complete within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. But, due to the many Made-In-USA, high-demand, small-production items we carry, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model of an item. Happens to the best of us. On Domestic orders, we will backorder normal parts orders and ship them when available (Generally, close out or no longer made products will be cancelled from your order) You will be advised at the time of your order as to the stock status of the item(s) you ordered. Product for International orders will not be backordered, the order will be held until all products are available (if necessary) and shipped complete. Custom bikes and custom wheels will take 4-8 days. Air Freight and other delivery options are available. For first time customers we ship only to the billing address. We do not ship to Hotel address’s. Please be careful in choosing your Shipping method/amount. If you choose an incorrect Shipping amount based on destination or order total, your shipping amount we will default to the least expensive alternative and your order will be shipped.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should a shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipper. To file a claim, a representative of the agency must inspect the package in its original condition. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not CBO.
