Items to be returned due to damage or incorrect parts shipped. Please e-mail us immediately after inspection of package. Please include the auction # for us to reference in the e-mail.
  • If an item needs to be exchanged (due to that the wrong item, year, make or model was purchased). We can only ship the exchanged item out to you, once we receive the item back from you.
  • All returns/exchanges must be in Brand New Condition, with original packaging, exactly as item was shipped out to you in. All returns must be postage paid.
  • Return/exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days of notifying us.
  • All returns must be packaged properly, as they where shipped to you, to prevent any damage in transit.
  • Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • All shipping fees are non refundable, unless due to our error
