We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Central & So. America, The Caribbean, Australia and the Pacific Rim. Most International packages will be shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Most items will be shipped within 3 days of payment. Any additional customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If additional shipping is required, USA SuperSale will notify by email. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment.

Returns will not be accepted for international shipments.

Payment Terms & Checkout Procedures
After completing a purchase, you must use our checkout system to complete payment. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of your purchase. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to pay via Major Credit Card, PayPal , Money Order. Payment must be made in US funds and only be paid from US banks.

Payment
We accept payment made through Paypal, Google Checkout, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cashiers' checks and recognized money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
Payment is expected 7 days of completing checkout.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is additional and is added to your order total during checkout. Sales tax will be charged on shipments in Texas. State and local taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address entered at time of checkout. Note that taxes are based on order total, including shipping charges.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from USA SuperSale, return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges). All returns must be received in their original new condition in order to receive refund or proper exchange. Please review the instructions below to initiate a return.

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please email us at info@usasupersale.com with the following information: Your purchase number and part number and the reason for the return by indicating as much information as possible as to the reason for the return.

Failure to provide this information will result in delays on refunds and exchanges. If you are having any difficulty with this process, please call us at 832-496-4279.

Upon receipt of your request, an email will be sent to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. All calipers must have their core tag.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. We cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.

Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong item or want a replacement for a damaged item, please email us at info@usasupersale.com with the following information: Your purchase number and part number and the reason for the exchange. You will also need to send us $10.00 either via Paypal or money order if we are exchanging something to cover the cost of shipping the correct item to you.

Failure to provide this information will result in delays on refunds and exchanges. If you have any problems, questions or comments regarding your order, PLEASE CONTACT US AT ANY TIME at 832-496-4279 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM).

Upon receipt of your exchange request, an email will be sent to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returning items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. If the item is damaged, USA SuperSale will determine whether to dispose of the damaged item or return it. Please read below for our damage policy. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will send out the replacement item. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and we cannot refund original shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for return item after we receive the original.

Damage Policy
Once shipped, the item is out of USA SuperSale's control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipment damage occurs enroute to buyer a claim will be filed by USA SuperSale upon notification by seller. Notification must be sent to USA SuperSale within 48 hours of receipt of item. Notification after this 48 hours will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damage. In order for the claim to be valid, the buyer must keep both item and box for presentation to their local postal authorities for damage verification. Buyer must also present clear visible photos via email to USA SuperSale for the claim process. Damage verification photos must be received by USA SuperSale within 72 hours of package receipt in order to process any claims. Please send photos to info@usasupersale. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damages.

Q: Do you have this item in different part, make, model or colors?
A: USASuperSale carries one of the most extensive selections of factory original equipment, but our sell-through rates are very rapid. Virtually 100% of product that is in stock has a live listing at all times. If the item is not listed in an eBay auction or in our eBay store, then we do not have it in stock. We are constantly adding new product and lines. We are able to get a lot of OEM parts, and are working as fast as we can to get it all out there to the public. Q. Will this part fit different years and models?
A. Yes, they may.  We only state in the ad what information we have been sent with the product.  The best way to verify if something will fit is by taking your VIN # from your vehicle and calling the local dealership with the OEM part number in the ad.  They will be able to tell you for sure if it will work from the software they have been provided with from the manufacturer.
 
Q. The color in the picture is different than mine. Why?
A.  Please do not go by a picture to determine if a part is the correct color.  Take the OEM part number in the ad and your VIN# from your vehicle and call the dealership, they will tell you if it will work and, if not, what will. This will save a lot of expense on your part if it doesn’t work.



Q: How can I return a product? Do I need a RMA #?
A: Our return policy is clearly stated on the policy tab. If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so by sending it back to us at: USASuperSale, 4216 Tennyson St, Houston TX. 77005. Please include a reference to the order number and a note explaining your reason for returning the item. All items are processed by our returns team within 2 business days of receipt. Your purchase will be refunded via the method that you originally paid unless otherwise requested. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. You do not need an RMA number for returns to USASuperSale.

Q: What if I need to exchange an item for a different color or side?
A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always guarantee availability of products for exchanges. To request an exchange, send your item back to USASuperSale, 4216 Tennyson St, Houston TX 77005. Along with your returned item(s), include the following:

A note specifying your exchange request.  A check or money order for $10.00 to cover the s/h of the new item to you. We will always do our best to accommodate your request. In the event that the item you have requested is not available, we will process your item as a return and notify you that your included s/h check has been voided and disposed of.

Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment of your purchase you have exactly 15 days to complete payment. On the 15th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 15 days of your FIRST item being bought.

Q: I am purchasing other items - does USASuperSale offer combined shipping discounts?
A: Not at this time. Shipping and packaging keep rising and we are not highering our shipping along with it, so we are unable to offer the shipping discount.

Q: Can I buy if I live outside of the U.S.?
