To ensure your return is properly processed, please contact us (800-963-8112 or info@shopatclares.com) within 30 days of receiving your order, for a return authorization number (RMA) and easy-to-follow, return instructions. Once received and inspected we will gladly refund the product(s) price. Items returned without and RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping fees for returned items are your responsibility. However, shipping fees are refundable if your item was damaged/defective and is being replaced with the same item. Items with promotional FREE shipping will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the selling price of the product before refunding.
