All items unless other wise stated on the item page have a 30 day warranty

Batteries included in a computer are exempt from the 30 day warranty.

Beta Macs reserves the right to repair or replace the unit if there is a defect with in 30 days.

At not time is Beta Macs responsible for problems with software system or otherwise.

At no time is Beta Macs responsible for the loss of data due to software issues, hardware issues or any other issue at any time.

At no time is Beta Macs responsible for units damaged due to customers droping or throwing of an item, spilling liquid or solids on the item
that will damage the unit in any way.

Beta Macs will not take a unit back for a refund at any time.
